• A deposit on the purchase the day the pre-order is made on the website. The deposit is half of the total cost of the product or products (Not Including Shipping).
  • The deposit will be deducted from total amount due and does not including shipping/handling. The deposit is nontransferable and nonrefundable.
  • My shop will send you an invoice via email within 24 hours after the deposit is received.
  • If you back out of the invoice or if you fail to pay on or before the due date specified on your invoice you will forfeit your deposit. I’m very flexible with due dates so please just communicate with me via text or email.
  • When your item is completed, my shop will email you that your item is finished.
  • Once you pay the balance due and I receive your monies through the specified payment method you will be notified within 2-3 days that your item/items have shipped.
  • If you order more than 2 items, the time for me to complete these and ship them can be up to 5 days or more longer so please keep that in mind.

Because I make these items by hand, please allow for 10 – 14 days after the contract is signed for the item to be shipped. Depending on the season it could be up to 21 days so please be patient as I am a One Woman Show and these items are all Handmade by me.
