Refund Policy

All sales are final on handmade and custom products that are offered on this website. Because of the nature of these items, I cannot accept them back.

I will accept returns on hardware items that are purchased from this website, but they must be in their original condition and not have any sign of use or damage to them. Please notify the shop within 3 days after you receive your order. You may contact me through the contact page. Once I receive your return please give me 48 hours to inspect the items and determine if there will be a Full or Partial Refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the customer and my shop will not refund shipping on original order

Grama Jeanie’s Creations will not cancel your order if it has already been shipped. The sale is considered Final once it leaves our shop. However, if you do cancel prior to shipping a 22% Cancelation Fee will be deducted from the Total Amount of your purchase.
